Thanks for reaching out! We just wanted to let you know that your order is still in the "popcorn popping" phase and hasn't been packed or shipped yet. We totally get the excitement, and we truly appreciate your patience while we get everything popped to perfection! Our usual processing time is 2 business days (Monday - Friday), but sometimes things can get a little "buttery" with high demand or unexpected delays. We’re working hard to get your order out of the popcorn machine and into your hands as soon as possible.
